Our CEO, Kobayashi, has been deeply involved in the development of AI and DX human resources for companies, mainly in the manufacturing industry (especially the automotive sector), for about 10 years prior to founding the company. In a business society where the external environment is constantly changing and digitalization is rapidly advancing, developing key personnel who support the company and transform it into a data-driven enterprise is an urgent and unavoidable task.
